greeks and persians co-existence
Greeks and Persians did not co-exist very well, after all Persians tried to take over all of Greece just to add it to there huge empire but greece fought back Spartans and Athens fighting side by side trying to stop the giant Persian army from taking over. So in order to do that they found a narrow passage way in the mountain that they used to there advantage because, a huge army can't all fit in a tiny space so the would have to go single file and that made it easy for the Greeks to kill all the persian waves that came, because the greeks used a certain fighting style called the phalinxe which worked really good because they had huge shields that pretty much covered there whole body and the soldier next to him so with one hand they would cover them selves then with the other hand they would stab a persian. Eventually the persians found a passage way that led behind the greeks and the greeks knew that so the 300 spartans told the athens to go home while they die honorable death.
